Return Policy: Unopened materials in saleable condition that exceed 100 total square feet can be returned within two weeks of the purchase date for store credit. A 25% restocking charge will apply. 

Leftover or unused material in quantities under 100 square feet cannot be returned. An overage amount on flooring materials of 7% or more is standard and by design. Extra boxes should be kept and stored by the consumer in the event that a future repair is needed, as once the color is discontinued, it is not possible to order more material for repair purposes.
